Chef William “Billy” Wiehl has worked in kitchens since he was old enough to work. Thirteen years later he went to school and studied under world renowned Chef Sandor Zombori. It was Chef Zombori that got him his start on 30a working with other talented chefs in the area. After many years of working as a chef in a few of top restaurants on 30a, he took his 25 years of experience and started exploring the Personal Chef industry. Working with his good friend Chef Simon Sullivan for Simon’s company Eclat 30a, he developed a passion for the Personal Chef industry. Chef Wiehl combines fresh local seafood with produce from regional farms to develop unique menus and create unforgettable meals served to you right in your home.
